What we collect

When you register we collect your e-mail address, name, date of birth, phone number and the other details needed to open your account. We also keep records of your play, payments and messages with our support team, and our system notes technical details of your visit such as your browser and IP address.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, process payments, provide support, verify your identity, prevent fraud and money laundering, and meet our legal duties. Unless you opt out, we may also send you promotional offers.

Who receives it

Only selected staff, such as our Data Protection Officer, payments and anti-fraud analysts, support agents and VIP managers, can access your data to do their work. We may share data with payment and service providers, and with licensing and regulatory authorities or law enforcement where the law requires it. Some providers work outside the European Union, and we protect your data during such transfers.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction data are kept for at least five years after your last transaction or the closure of your account, because anti-money-laundering rules require it.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm or correct your data, ask how we use it, or stop future marketing. Our Data Protection Officer answers these requests by e-mail at [email protected].
