How these rules work

Registering an account or using any part of Loki Casino means you accept our General Terms and Conditions. The specific terms of each bonus and promotion are part of these rules, and the current list of offers with their conditions is published on our Promotions page. We may update the rules, and changes are published on the site.

Who can play

You must be at least 18, and also of the legal gambling age where you live. Checking that online play is legal in your place of residence is your own responsibility, and real-money deposits and play are subject to the laws of your country. Players from restricted countries may not use the real-money features, and our staff and their relatives cannot open accounts.

Your account

• One account per person, residential address, shared computer and IP address.
• Duplicate accounts may be closed, and returns, winnings or bonuses gained through them may be reclaimed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Verification

Full verification applies before any withdrawal and once your lifetime deposits pass a set threshold. You upload a photo ID, a selfie holding that ID and a bank statement or utility bill. Our KYC team reviews the documents within 24 hours and e-mails you the outcome. While your status is Temporarily Approved you can play, but a withdrawal cannot be completed, and we may take up to 30 calendar days to review documents.

Deposits

You can fund your account with the methods shown in the cashier, including cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. Pay only from a bank account, card or wallet registered in your own name. We charge no internal deposit fees, though your payment provider may. The minimum deposit is A$30, and most deposits are credited instantly. A crypto deposit below the minimum for that coin cannot be processed, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Withdrawals

Wager each deposit at least three times before withdrawing funds connected to it. The minimum withdrawal is A$45 and the maximum is A$15,000 per transaction, and limits per day, week and month follow your deposit history. Processing times depend on verification, the payment method and the bank or payment system. Very large wins may be paid in monthly instalments, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

Refunds

Deposited funds are generally not refunded. We may consider a refund after a technical problem that stopped you using the site, and a decision can take up to 7 business days. Contact our support team to request one.

Bonuses

Bonuses follow the Bonus Terms and Conditions. Only one bonus can be active at a time, one bonus is allowed per person, household, device and payment method, and bonus abuse can lead to the loss of bonus winnings.

Complaints

Contact our support team with the subject Complaint, your name and a description of the issue. You receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
